Delivery of my order
Where can I have my order delivered?
We currently deliver to mainland France and French-speaking countries as well as Europe.
You can specify your delivery address during the ordering process.
We are working to make Ecosun Available Worldwide, if we don't ship to you yet, let us know at info@ecosun.store
What are the delivery methods and costs?
We offer several shipping options with different rates, depending on the total weight of the order and the delivery destination. The exact costs will be indicated during the checkout process before finalizing the order. Here is an overview of our shipping rates:
- **Delivery in Metropolitan France**: Free - Delivery time 3 to 5 working days.
- **Delivery in Europe**: From €22 - Delivery time 5 to 20 working days.
- **International Delivery**: From €29 - Delivery time 7 to 21 working days.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). If you place your order on the weekend, it will be processed the following Monday.
Orders are prepared as quickly as possible.
Once your order is ready, the carrier takes charge of your package and you will automatically receive the order tracking to follow the delivery of your order in real time.
How long does it take for delivery?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the delivery method chosen:
